Kelvin Winnie

Kelvin grew up in Hawkes Bay and spent over 15 years in the construction industry in New Zealand and overseas. He spent more than eight years living abroad, where he traveled extensively (in over 50 countries) and gained valuable experience in working with all kinds of people.

His natural ability and caring for people, combined with carefully honed skills has led to many extra-ordinary achievements in Kelvins real estate career. The most notable being his achievement of New Zealand’s first Winners Circle Gold Badge – this puts Kelvin in an elite group that represents the very best sales people in the whole of New Zealand and Australia.

Professional development is an integral part of Kelvin’s ongoing self improvement programme. He has completed a Diploma in Business Studies (Real Estate) from Massey University and graduated to Cox Partners new System with an almost perfect grade.

Kelvin and his wife have four young children. Leisure pursuits include rugby, golf, reading and enjoying family time.
